I sent in my AOS and AP application on 1st August with NOA1 8th August.

Here is my timeline

AOS/AP filed : August 1st

NOA Date : August 8th

RFE : August 21st

Bio. Appt. : August 22nd

RFE sent : August 28th

RFE received : September 1st

CSC transfered : September 8th

And my question is... I still cant see my AP case online.... looks like they are processing my aos

and abandoning my AP...... :blink:

I've try contacting the number on the NOA1 but I cant get through live person since the # isnt

in the system.... I need my AP asap because Im suppose to have this relegious marriage ceremony

end of this year ( November/ December ) plus my hubby need to get one month notice leave for his work.

My grandma is old and sick and I was hoping to do my ceremony before anything happen to her..... :(

So what should I do now? Will infopass help since I didnt hit the 90 days mark yet?

19th December 2008...........Green Card arrives!!!!No mistake!(day 126)

NO MORE USCIS FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS!

I am in the same situation here. Sent AOS, EAD and AP and NOA1 date is from august 08. My AOS and EAD cases are online, but no sign of the AP. We have approximately the same timeline, although I did not receive any RFE (and hopping not to get one!!!).

I got RFE for my co-sponsor ( my sis in law) . They need evidence that she is a USC.... I did provide her birth cert earlier...... but I dunno what happen.... So I just resend it again.........

Oh ok... yeah we do have close timeline.... but you are a week ahead from me...hehe...

I wonder what happened to our AP.. I cant call either because the receipt number cant be found either and no other option to talk to real person... unless Im missing something..... :blink::(
