If you live in the same house or she claims you as a dependent on her taxes then you can combine your income with hers to qualify. Otherwise, no - she'll need a joint sponsor who qualifies on their own.

Are either your brother or sister married, and do they have any kids? How many total petitions are there, and how many total immigrants will result from each petition?

The primary sponsor has to list ALL of the immigrants on their I-864. However, there can be up to two joint sponsors for each petition. For example, one joint sponsor can sponsor the primary immigrant (the one being petitioned) and the other joint sponsor can sponsor the derivative immigrants.

In other words, if someone has petitioned for a sibling, and that sibling is going to be bringing their spouse and two kids with them, then it's possible to have one joint sponsor for the sibling and spouse, and another joint sponsor for the kids. Or, one joint sponsor for the sibling alone, and another joint sponsor for the spouse and kids. It doesn't matter how you divide them up - as long as there are no more than two joint sponsors, and there is a joint sponsor for each immigrant. This makes it a little easier when their are a lot of immigrants riding on the same petition. If there's only one immigrant on a petition, and no derivatives, then there can only be one joint sponsor - you can't split the same immigrant between two joint sponsors.

If you qualify to sponsor all of them on your own then the above isn't necessary. Your sister would file an I-864 as the primary sponsor, and you'd file an I-864 as the joint sponsor. Both of you would list all of the immigrants on your affidavit.
