I noticed that VSC is processing applications in random order. Many people before me and after me are already being processed. Does somebody know why is that? It's not really fair.

This subject comes up from time to time and you can rest assured that it is not "random order" They are assigned in the order they come in but there is more than one person working the cases so the adjudicator that has your case is working them in chronological order. Other adjudicators may have been able to get through their cases faster so cases recieved after yours can be finished earlier, likewise an adjudicator who is back logged may be working on cases from before yours as well. And if you are basing things off of what is reported here at VJ, this is just a small percentage of the cases they get.

Hang in there. It seems slow but when it gets to NVC things will move very quickly and it will be interview time before you know it.

There is no rhyme nor reason with USCIS your application will get done when a person looks at it and commences work on it.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

I'm not basing things on what is in this wensite. i checked cases on uscis.gov. there is a way to do it
