I know they were closed briefly after Osama got killed, but re-opened very quickly.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I just checked the Embassy website... it doesnt mention any news of embassy being closed...

although i did read about a bomb attack on US Diplomats... maybe this might be the reason...

please give the link...the embassy webpage doesnt show any closing but that doesnt mean it isnt...we have interview in less then a month... :(

i think its media bluff i read somewhere on internet but i forgot to copy link,i also called embassy helpline yesterday on Friday it was open.but i m still worried about noa2 web site shows approved but no e-mail no paper mail, partitioner called there uscis in u.s. they always sending us around the circles,or they r saying wait for 30 days.this is weired.

We got our NOA2 approval march 24th and the hardcopy within a week. Tell him to call again and ask for a tier 2 person because the first person you speak with usually only gives out scripted answers.

But do call again to USCIS and talk to a TIER 2 operator...when does it say your i 130 was approved on the site?
