Thank you very much for writing me.. I"M actually putting the package together as i'm type this...

IF you dont mind will you tell me if this is correct and if i'm missing anything?

I have the following:

G 1145 ( E-Notification )

I 129 ( I'm worried about the addresses in jamaica. I used all PO addresses since they dont have real addresses lol

I129 Attachment of how we met.

Two copies of my G325A and two passport pictures of mine (Worried about the dates on the jobs i've worked at. I dont think i'm exactly on point with them UGH)

Dont send any originals, with supporting evidence send copies. IF its lost, then you lose all primary evidence. Copies are fine for supporting documentation.

It seem like you have everything on the checklist. Dont forget to mail your packet to Texas and they forward to the either California or Vermont Service Center. Then your waiting game begins. Mine is 2 mos and I am losing my mind more and more everyday. All the best to you and yours :thumbs: .

Hi, You will receive your NOA1 in 1 - 2 weeks..The waiting part is from 5 - 6 months, with the hope of No RFE. Yes waiting is horrible! You can see what is needed after your NOA2 here http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Jamaica&cty=Kingstone

Good luck, sounds like u have enough AND more. 17 pix :) waiting is the worst part but VJ folks are great w/helping others out and allowing u to vent. I wish ur petition GODspeed!!! :)

And be sure u make 2 extra copies of the whole packet to be on the safe side, muffin!one for u to keep, one for him

11.29.11- RFE for Income Tax Return-- SEND YOUR ENTIRE TAX RETURN DOCUMENT!!

11.30.11- mailed Tax Return UPS Priority Express

12.9.11 AOS "transferred to a USCIS office" - - supposedly our local one

12.14.11- "touched"

12.15.11- received EAD

2.8.12- put in a service request for GC

2.22.12- My husband was contacted by the local USCIS office here in Washington DC and told that it was infact transferred to the CSC. Not their office. She also suggested he keep checking on it because sometimes things just sit there and take up to 3 years to be processed--- SAYWHAT?! ... stay tuned

3.29.12- Approved, Green Card in production

4.4.12- Green Card received- NO INTERVIEW
