Hi,

I have been calling the NVC to find out the interview date in Guangzhou. As of today, they said that my fiancee is now eligible for the interview. Does this mean that they have reviewed all of the paperwork and everything is in order? Does anyone have any idea of how long it takes them to schedule the interview date at this point? I am eager to purchase my airfare so I am trying to get as much lead time as possible.

Thanks in advance.

Scheduling will be about 2 to 4 weeks away, with an interview date of 4 to 5 weeks out from there.

GUZ IV schedules K-1s two or three times a month.

queues abound.

she's right at the 'P3 received' timetick with GUZ IV.

as such, she's eligible to be tossed into the interview appointment / scheduling queue, for now.

namechecks occur across every stage/step of this process.

It is strange that another couple who have a similar time line already got the interview date but I am still waiting. Another thing is they only gave them about 2 weeks of lead time so it is really hard for the USC to get ready to fly to China. Also the fiancee hadn't received P4 and they found out the interview date by calling DOS. The whole situation doesn't sound understandable.
