Routed to wrong center?

Hi All,

My husband is an Indian citizen, and I am from the US. He had come to the US for work on an L1 visa, and we married in the US in Feb. I just submitted all of our paper (I-130/I-485 submitted together) last week, and received our NOA1 today!

The e-mail notification reads:

Dear Applicant/Petitioner:

Your USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number XXXXXXXXX. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your application using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

This confirmation provides notification of the date USCIS received your application/petition.  This notice does NOT grant any immigration status or benefit. You MAY NOT present this notice as evidence that you have been granted any immigration status or benefit. Further, this notice does NOT constitute evidence that your application remains pending with USCIS. The current status of your application/petition must be verified with USCIS.

I went to check the average processing times for National Benefits Center on this link: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

When at the website, I noticed that this center does not even process I-130 or I-485's! Is it possible our paperwork got routed incorrectly??

I got the same message three times (I-130,I-485,I-765)and my AOS is going well so far

NBC processes AOS applications. Everyones AOS goes to NBC. From there it goes to the local center for interview or is sent to CSC for no interview in the case of some K-1 visa holders.
