I have a question about filling out the Form I-134. On question 11, it asks if I will be making any specific contributions to the support of my fiance. How do I answer this? I will be completely supporting her. I will be the only one with a job.

We haven't gotten this far - but when we looked over the paperwork together - we originally marked 'no'. And I acutally just looked at the form again to make sure we'd read correctly. I guess we said no because the I-134 is already stating that you plan to support them. Question 11 makes it seem like... you'll be giving them an allowance or they'll be living seperately from you (etc.). I don't know if we answered it properly, but again - we've not gotten that far (that was just our priliminary answer). We're still getting the paperwork ready for the I-129F. This was just what we ahd thought when we first looked through all of the paperwork. Good luck. Hope somebody else comes along and can be of better assistance.

When I filled out this form I answered yes, because I am the only one with a job until his work documents come through. I would only have answered no if he had his own assets that he would use to support himself. I think I put something like, "I intend to fully support Patricio until he has his work documents and we can support each other." Nobody ever asked me about it though...
