Sign in Problems

Is anyone else having problems signing on to the Visa Invoice Payment Center? Every time I try to sign in to get the exact dates to update my timeline, the page just refreshes. I don't get a message or anything. I know we are still at NVC b/c we had an RFE, but I haven't been able to log in for more than a week.

Yeah this is probably right since you have sent everything in at the beginning of april! If it says: Sign in Fail Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error. But if you haven't paid the IV bill then you should still call and find out what's happening ;)Good luck

I had sent in RFE response during the second week of april, today i tried to access the NVC payment page and had an error also, so I called NVC at 603-334-0700 and the automated response said my case was completed on May 4th. Give them a call, if you had paid and sent in all required docs it may be that your case is complete.
