Hi everyone,

Appreciate if someone can help me with few question I have regarding sending I-129F package :

- Beneficiary's G-325A - should it be sent as originally signed in ink (meaning I have to send it to my fiancee in advance) ?

- Filling again the G-325A in Adobe Reader (quite neat it can be saved with filled in data by the way), I am unable to fit all the info in the "Date and Place of Marriage" and "Date and Place of Termination of Marriage" (been married before) - what I am supposed to do there ?

- Same story with name and adress of employer and some data field on I-129F too...

- Assume divorce decree along with translation need to be sent too and those can be copies ?

- VJ Fiancee Letter of Intent example has space for USCIS Service Center adress - how do I know which one will it be (Fiancee lives in Ohio) since everything gets sent to Texas lockbox ?

Thanks a lot for help...

1. Yes - it should be signed - however, if there is guidance from USCIS that says they do not need it (signature) for the initial petition - your beneficiary will sign it at the interview (or prior with submission at that level/stage).

2. Make an extra sheet of paper with the form name, your name, question # and answer - do this with any form you "overwrite" the box.

3. Anything not in english (official) needs to be translated. Copies, unless specifically asked for originals, are fine.

4. Put in the address where your sending the petition to.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Thanks a lot for answer. One small follow up on #2 - I basically lack of space to put there Warsaw, Poland - would Warsaw itself or something like Warsaw, PL (since full address will be there anyway) be acceptable ? Or still you would recommend to make an extra sheet for that ?

Thanks !

I wouldn't use abbreviations.

One final question (actually final get down to fill the forms) - question in G-325A are not numbered - who should I deal with it and reference the right field on that additional sheet of paper ?

Actual Text of the block in question.
