Hi there!How long has it been since you've last seen/visiting each other?My baby return to USA in September and we didn't visit each other since then,I've tried to get my tourist visa but got refused :(and he can't visit me because he lost his job and now trying to get a new one.

I hope he can visit in summer,but if this doesn't happens...not visiting each other while k1 process,will be a problem at my interview?

It depends somewhat on the US consulate you are dealing with, but as long as you met at least once in the last two years, they cannot deny you purely on that- but visits ARE good evidence, because of the cost and time effort involved. Just make sure that you have a lot of other bonafide relationship evidence.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Thank you!During our relationship(5 years)we never been apart more then 1 month (when he was in USA visiting his sister)I've meet him in Romania while he was visiting he's father and he never left.We have lots of pictures together,with his family,we skype everyday,e-mails,phone calls 2-3 times a day etc.Hopefully, we won't have any problems.
