IV Application Processing Fees - Online

So annoyed. I can't see the online 404$ fee on the website and we received the notice about paying the fee yesterday. I called NVC and they said I should send the money to some PO Box in St. Louis if I can't login online. The guy I talked to couldn't even log into the site and said I could wait if I wanted or send the fee by mail. He didn't even know who I would talk to about this. Will sending the money order by mail really delay the process? Should I try to wait and see if I'm able to pay my fee online later?

I was having the same problems up to today!! Try it in Internet Explorer and make sure IE is updated. If that doesn't work, try it on a different computer. That was thing that made it work for me! (It was weird cause it didnt' work on my computer (2011) but it worked on an oldie (like several years old!). I hope this helps!!

Thanks for the advice! Just before I was about to send someone in the US to the post office to send off a money order my invoice appeared online. Just in time! I would have been OK with waiting for a few days but the NVC operator made it sound like something was wrong with the system and that he had no idea how and when that would be fixed. Anyhow it all worked out...for now
