I guess I just have to wait, seems strange that there is such a delay in Orlando seeing that they have recently moved into a nice new bigger building ???

When I did my biometrics during AOS, the ASC was in my town, but it got closed at the end of last year. Therefore for ROC biometrics I went to a different office which is 45min-1 hour drive. And I waited 32 days to get the biometrics letter during ROC. So maybe there are other offices near Orlando which got closed and therefore those applicants were transferred to Orlando?

I know the waiting time is frustrating especially for this simple step as biometrics. At least you know that they are still scheduling an appointment for you!

Another question, can someone confirm when I can apply for citizenship, is it 3 years after we have been married which will be 7/28/11 or 3 years after having a green card which will be 7/27/2012.

Adding my taken bio. At the USCIS I was told that I should receive my new card within 4 months. Do they tell this to everybody?
