help with tracking from NVC to embassy

i was told yesterday that my petition was sent to Madagascar yesterday, also told today it was sent out yesterday

tried tracking for both days and last friday and am getting results but none that say a package is going to Madagascar

does NVC send packages any other way that DHL?

what is the problem with my package?

They could have sent it, to the mail room, yesterday. That to them is considered sent. Its probably not actually sent yet but is ready to be sent.

They only use DHL and they ship in batches not just 1 at a time.

Having said that, when I was looking for mine on DHL from NVC to Canada, it never showed up on DHL. I waited about 4 days and called DOS and they said that Canada had it and had logged it and sent me the packet 3.

I was able to track mine going to Bogota the format for the reference was EXP 20 APR 2011A and I had to go to the DHL international tracking it was not on the dhl.com site had to hit a link for international tracking inc ase that helps

07/12/11 New Appointment to hand in the Original Birth Certificate Finial Approval

07/25/11 Still waiting for Visa to be received

08/04/11 POE at Orlando International

08/20/11 Married

Filed for AOS

Sent AOS,EAD & AP in same package 3/19/2012

Package Tracking Shows it was received 3/21/2012

Check cashed 03/26/2012

Waiting for NOA

Received EAD & AP May 28 2012

Received 2yr green card Sept 15 2012

Thats the exact way i tracked mine back then when i was trying to look for it. Only the dates were different for mine cus I was not doing it for the same month as yours lol. But it never showed up on DHL. Needless to say it still got to where it was needed.
