tourist visa for beneficiary

hi friends, i read your posts every day and share each happiness of approval. now i need advice. our case status is RFE, our attorney called USCIS and was told that it needs more time for processing. my fiance's (USC) daughter has wedding in July 1th, they want me to be there, also she sent me wedding invitation. my question is, have i chance to get guest visa? i am confused, i want try, but i don't want to do something wrong.

Looking at your timeline you received a RFE back in October and only sent it back in January this year. Why did it take so long to reply to this. You could have been approved by now. Is your lawyer the one who is taking so long to reply to all this if so you need to get rid of your lawyer. Your case is over a 1 year old.

You need to get on to this right away and you could be here by July easy but not if you have a lawyer who is taking his or her time with your case to earn more money. Your case if the dates are correct should have been final end of last year.

I would say your chances are not "vey likely".

Since you have a visa in process - and awaiting determination for it.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Oh and to add no you wont get a tourist visa as you have a k1 pending.
