Hi,

My wife wants to accompany my auntie during travel to USA for Medical check up and to visit their childing. My auntie is a paralized/disable person and a US citizen and retired US Doctor. My wife is working as caregiver with my auntie since my auntie came here in Philippines last June 2010. The Husband of my auntie has a Alzheimer desease both of them should travel with a company. Both of them 77 yrs old. Their children can not attend during their temporay stay in USA because they are busy with their works.

Please advice me what would be the requirement might ask during the Visa interview. Do need my auntie to write the US embassy about his situation and she needed a company during her travel to USA. Any advice is highly appreciated. Thank

Your wife would need to qualify for a tourist visa on her own- ie show strong ties to the Philippines. As she could do her job in the USA with your aunt, look for other ties, for example you (and any kids) staying behind, property ownership etc.
