Hello for the interview my fiance gave the first tax return to the embassy and he got aproved. He is in U.S.A now and he will have the interview for his Greencard. But I just filed the amended tax and sent it to the IRS. IS this OK that the taxes are not the same as the first interview taxs? Also do they only interview him or the interview both of us?

For the green card interview you both must attend and you will usually be in the room with him. How did you amend the tax return ?

There was a mistake on my rental income and the form 1099 misc. So I corrected and send the new amended taxes to the IRS.

I would attach a copy of both. In our case we were all called into the interview room (Alla, Pasha and I) but they on;ly asked questions of Alla and nothing about oru relationship. It is up to the officer
