Hello everyone! I am waiting for my hardcopy of my RFE for my K1 VIsa. I have been having issues with my mail being delivered. I even received an email from a client that was sending me a payment saying that my check was returned to them. SOme mail I get some gets returned....Some people here on Visa journey that got their RFE on the same day received it today...so i am starting to worry....What should i do!!???

Where's the mix up? I've never heard of getting some mail and then having others returned - it's usually one or the other - and that usually happens if you're listed as "undeliverable" because of moving or inaccessibility to the mailbox. Sounds like you need to contact your post office ASAP.

Yes I did this morning....i am hoping I didnt miss the RFE hardcopy. Its strange but i have been getting mail but when I got that email yesterday about a clients check being returned to them in the mail I started to panic....What should I do if i did miss the RFE ? Will USCIS re send it?

When our petition was processing the area was having issues with mail box thefts. I went and rented a box and called USCIS and asked them for a new copy of the notice that didn't arrive and told them about the issue, offered to send the newpaper article if they needed it and they just resent the notice to the PO box. I used that for the rest of the petition stage. By AOS they had stopped having issues so I went back to the street address.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
