Hello, I have searched for help, but no luck. Maybe somebody here can help me. I would very much appreciate it.

I am a disabled veteran living in Ecuador for (1) year. Before that I lived in Colombia for (4) years. I lived with a Colombian lady in Colombia and married her here in Ecuador. (tons of docs, but finished) I will receive pemanent residency in about 2 more months (all docs approved and waiting) I plan on filing for DCF, I-130 for my wife.

The addresses on the forms has me very confused. Because of my disability, I am trying to reduce the amount of trips I have to make to the Consulate.

Facts:

I have a valid georgia drivers license. but with the address of my previous home that I sold.

I forwarded my mail to a mail forwarding address in Miami (so my taxes, u.s. bank, show this address)

I have a couple of friends who will give me a lease agreement or use their address in the U.S.

I-130 - address in block 2 (my address here in Ecuador ? ) or?

address for my wife? same question

block 19 " your wife's address abroad ? same question

DS-230 - (need for both my foreign wife an me USC) block 13 "present address" ?

- block 30 - asks for addresses since you were 16 years old.

I have lived in approximately 100 locations in my lifetime , I am 66 years old.

father military and I military. (I have listed back to year 2000, think this is enough, or is problem?

I-864 - My income is a little Social Security and Military disability (+$42K)

Do I have to prove that IRS does not tax my Military disability, I do not file taxes. Or do they know these kinds of things?

#2 - Sponser mailing address ? My miami mail address or???

thanks a bunch in advance, Joe

Thanks in advance. I am really lost. Joe

You need to cite the IRS rule(s) that show why you are not required to file a tax return.

I-130

The addresses in part B2 and C2 are current address (in Ecuador).

C18 - The actual address where you will live in the US. (You need to establish as US domicile as part of this process. See this link for help >> http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3183.html )

C19 - Current address in Ecuador

You do not complete DS230, only the immigrant.

DS 230 line 13 = present address (Ecuador)

line 30 = All places that the immigrant has lived since age 16.

I-864 I gave you the answer in previous post about your income tax filing. The responsibility is on you to prove why you are not required to file a tax return. Use the address of the domicile that you establish in the US.

As suggested in the DCF guide, contact the Consulate in Guayaquil to learn what they expect. Each embassy/consulate operates a bit differently. Guayaquil is known to be tough for fiance(e) petitions. I do not know how they are for DCF petitions.

Thanks , That was incredibly thorough, however, on the top of the DS 230 form it says "one for yourself and one for each member of your family" thanks again, Joe

Yes of course because its for the family members applying for visas as well. NOT for US CITIZENS.
