I just got back from my fiance's country, Thailand, and now I've begun to get the petition ready, but I'm so confused in spite of all the resources on this forum.

1.) Where do I send the pack to? I live in PA

2.) After I send it in, what happens? Is there more forms that we have to fill out while we're waiting for it to be approved?

3.) What does it mean when you get your NOA1 and 2? Are there things you must do when you get them?

4.) At what point in time must you show how much money you make? And how?

Sorry if these are stupid questions, but I can't find it by searching so far. Thank you everyone for always being so helpful!

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

Start by studying the appropriate guide here on VJ. Click the tab labeled "Guides" at the top of any page. Read the forms and instructions thoroughly. You will find that the initial K1 submission is mailed to the Dallas Lockbox.

1.) Same as everyone... texas - you'll find that info on the I-129f instructions on the us immigration site. (I live in pa too.)

2.) Make sure you have all of the necessary forms filled out/signed before you send in the petition. You need a few forms with his signature as well. Read the guides (vj home page on left - then click K-1 guide).

3.) Noa1... they received your packet.... noa2... they approved it. (Then it gets forwarded... and can still be rejected.)

4.) After you receive your Noa2... you'll send a duplicate of the entire petition packet & an updated intent to marry form & a copy of your noa1 & noa2 & the affidavits to him.

I could be wrong because we've not yet done the process... but from all that I've read... this is what I know. Good luck. :-)
