hi vj members,,im confused about i485,,what should i put in my middle name? is it my last name when i was single ? i do not have second name so im confused about this because here in US middle name is their second name..

Since you dont have a middle name just leave it blank. Not everyone has one. Most Americans do & the origins of that middle name vary widely.

American's do tend to have their maiden name as their middle name after marriage. I didn't do this either.

You can submit another G-325A with the AOS (updated from the one you sent with K1 because now you are married!) There is a space on the G-325A for 'Other names used', I put my Maiden name in here and I used my married name on all forms for AOS.
