Pardon me but I don't get this. If some applicants are being called for interview whose PD is even 2008 would this mean that NVC is proceeding according to the date when case is completed?

by this time, they are not even thinking on how long was your case being completed... they go by priority dates.... my case was completed DEC 21, 2010 and i just got my interview date 1 week ago. my PD is JULY 27, 2077.... so i was just on the SPOT for it. waited for 4 years now....

all of these will come to an end i promise, but who knows when.....

Yes this could be the answer! Thanks for the information!

Maybe our guess we're right? My preference category is f2a, with a priority date of march 13 2009.Submitted and paid all documents and necessary fees to NVC on december 2010. After verification from the NVC on this early month of 2011, i came to understand that i am now Documentarily Qualified. My prediction is, 2007 priority dates will be in completion within the end this year or maybe earlier i bet, and 2008 and 2009 priority dates will have a significant movement or a big jump maybe, same thing what happen with the retrogression which is from 2010 back to 2007!

What worries me is that June bulletin didn't mention any anticipate BIG forward movement for F2A. In fact it doesn't mention anything about F2A cutoff date in the coming months....so last month's statement still stands by default

From May's bulletin :

"Family-sponsored: The extremely high level of demand during the first few months of FY-2011 resulted in the retrogression of most worldwide cut-off dates in January or February. Most of these cut-offs have begun to advance slowly, although demand is still somewhat heavy in the Family First preference which may require further retrogression of that date. At this time it is not possible to predict the rate of forward movement, but some movement is anticipated in most categories for the remainder of the fiscal year. "

but hey, no bad news is good news! :energy:

You are getting a good one! LOL dancin5hr.gif

Yes but nothing big, 1-3 months max..... Like we have seen so far. They would mention it in the bulletin if they anticipate rapid movement.

But I wish I'm wrong on this since my i130 should be approved sooooon

You are getting a good one! LOL dancin5hr.gif
