My husband and I are moving into our new place. We were living with my parents, so we can still receive mail there. I don't necessarily need to forward my mail because I can always drive over to my parent's house to pick it up if it's important as they live only 5 minutes away. I understand that I should fill out the form online and my husband should fill out the form online as well as a paper one to send in. My question is this... currently our I-485 is still in initial review status having been transferred to California at the end of March. His I-765 is in card production (I've received two email/texts, one on the 8th and another today). The I-131 is in post decision activity. So seeing as though two are in the card production status and post decision activity, does that mean there's online one "pending" petition? The I-485? I also an wondering if this is going to cause any sort of delay in receiving the EAD and AP since they have already been "approved" and I'm not sure if they've been mailed out or not. Just really confused on what to do right now with the address change.

After re-reading it, it appears that I do not need to change my address (being the US citizen), just my husband needs to change his. If I'm incorrect, please let me know! Not sure if there's anything else I should do in regards to the I-864 since it shows my old address.

The immigrant must notify USCIS within 10 days of moving with the form AR-11. The US petitioner must also notify USCIS with a form related to the I-864, the I-865, within 30 days of move.

Here it says for pending cases there is an extra step with the AR-11 for the immigrant to make sure your notices get to you. Good luck.

AOS for my husband

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
