Try having her to watch plenty of good DVD's in english, and take her to story hour at your local public library. At three she will pick up english very fast.

you dont need to just let her watch more of english show or a cartoons. i also planned that for my kids sending in particularly @(KUMON) but my sister said kids can easily adopt the environment especially if they are younger and be in school right away. mine are 13 and 11 both boys but its not hard for them to adjust when they got here FYI were just 6mos here and now as i observed my kids are different seems their been here many years ago bcoz the way they speak and the way they dressed their been influenced by their classmates easily maybe bcoz my kids are very friendly hope that they wont catch the badside lol .

I have to agree with Randy and Ana. Yes, a 3-year-old kid can easily adopt with the environment and kids at that age will learn fast. Its also a good idea if you will teach her basic English and train her while you are still here in the PH. Dont worry, your daughter will be fine! :)
