Living in the Philippines with spouse while I-130 is processing

Hello, I need advice on what to do next. I sent my application last July 2010 and after sending I flew to the Philippines to stay with my wife and I am still here today. Now our I-130 has been approved last March 21, 2010. I got an email from NVC that contains AOS Processing Bill which I paid immediately (04/02/2001). I'm now looking at the Choice of Address/Agent DS-3032 Form, now:

1. Who should I assign?

2. Is it okay if I'm still here in the Philippines? (staying over 6 months now)

3. What else should I do next?

Please help as I'm a little bit confused. Thank you!

Just want to make an update and ask the questions again. Now that my petition for my wife is on the interview stage,

1.) Is it still okay if I'm still here in the Philippines with my wife? (Staying up to 1 year now. Doing my US work thru internet/remote desktop) I'm really planning to return to the US with my wife that is why I'm waiting for her visa before leaving.

2.) Can I come to the interview with my wife?

You can go, but you may not be allowed into the interview area. Contact the Embassy and see what their policy on this is.
