HI,

Ihave a question in behalf of my friend again. Both parties are from the Philippines. The guy is already a US citizen. They are planning to get married in hongkong.The question is can he file a CR1IR petition for the wife (if married in hongkong) if not married in home country?Thank You

I HAVE TWO FRIENDS: ONE WAS PETITIONED AS A FIANCE OF A US CITIZEN... SHE WAS HERE IN 6 MONTHS. THE OTHER (A US CITIZEN) WENT TO PERU AND GOT MARRIED WITH HER "PRINCE". IT'S BEEN TWO YEARS AND HE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A VISA TO COME TO THE STATES.
