i just checked my case status and i found this there,

what does it means ?

On March 30, 2011, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of March 30, 2011, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

We got the same message some weeks ago. In our case it turned out that USCIS made a mistake with the zip code of my fiance. They sended us the NOA1 hardcopy, but it was re-mailed to them because of the wrong zip code. So they sended it again with a letter and a form AR-11, asking to correct our address. It definitivly not an approval, but they don't send back the whole petition, don't worry. I guess in your case it's something you can easily straighten out too

ask the USCitizen spouse to call into USCIS, get a Human, inquire for casefile status.

my wife called them and she asked what is going on, but they just said your case is processed and mailed to your address we have in record and we can not tell you more and she was mad on them :(

but they said you should wait for 30 days to know what it is, thats make me worry and i am stressed

This is probably the NOA-1 - but the wording on the 'thing' at the status portal is really weird.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

she called them twice and ask them what does this status means even we also did not get the NOA1 hard copy, she asked them also about the address where they are mailing but they are not telling her and saying you should wait until you get the mail or if you do not get it then you should contact the local office that is almost 4 hours drive from her appt.

we will try to call them again on monday and will see what will they say.

usually they are not answering her what she wanted to know and keep saying her you should check your case status on website, so if all we have to check on website it means they are not performing their jobs well, this is not called CSR.

Same here. They didn't answer our questions at the so called "helpline"... Keep your mail in check and wait what is coming there. In our case, they sended the NOA1 again (we got it 3/28, it was dated 3/8) and a letter and this AR-11, which is only for address changes of the alien, so we didn't have to file this. If you call again, maybe request to be transferred to a higher level, but it's not sure they'll so this. Good luck!

P.s. To check the case stutus on the website isn't helpful either, our's just shows the message (that our petition has been processed and filed to the adress on record)and the "inital review" button isn't blue anymore. But even after we called it didn't change, they said it'll change again when our status is going to change (f.e. when we will be approved)
