Hey,

Well i got an email tonight from the USCIS...thought and hoped it was going to be an approval, but instead its an RFE..I guess we have to wait till I get the letter to see what the reason is.

I read the RFE thread, but was wondering if I should be nervous? I looked over my pack and have no idea why we got one...Im really nervous. What if I cant get the info they request?

I THINK ive read somewhere that depending on how long it takes for me to get the things they need, shortly after they receive the info from the RFE they make a decision?

I need people to calm my nerves.... :help:

Wait for the hard copy to comes in and follow what they want you to do to correct the problem. It is very quick and easy. Once you send it in you do not have to wait a long time for your approval. Just be patient and do not get nervous. We have one also and it is very much my fault for not re-reading the application and forgot to write in that he is single just completely forgot to write in and I left it blank. and got a RFE for that..... So no worry there take a deep breath and everything will be alright.

At least you got this notice at just the right time when you're expecting some sort

of a feedback already from USCIS, instead of seeing people with your same timeline approved all around you first. I know because you guys are just ahead of us in the Igor's queue

Good luck with whatever the RFE is.
