Help with rfe

Hi vj friends I recieved a txt that I have an rfe and it was sent out yesterday, I know I had to wait ti I get it to know exactly what is needed this is what I sent my I485, along with i864 primary and joint, sent out my husbands letter of employment and why I didnt send a tax form since he is unemployed for a long time, I also send the joint sponsor i864, w2 and birth certificate

i sent also my i693 and ead application, 2 passport photo of me and 2 for mt husband I sent letterd from sworn statement that we are married, marriage and birth certificates, my passport copy with my visa, my i94. I am thinking what could it be that need evidence of, please share if u had receivef rfe as it will help so much

It could be anything. If you have a copy of your package, go through it to see if you can figure out what is missing from it - but there really isn't that much you can do before you get the actual letter, since you have no idea at this point what it is they are asking for.

Did you include the G-325A forms? One for both I-130 and I-485 from beneficiary, one from USC for I-130?

yes I included that too in the package, i really have no idea what could it be coz im pretty sure I did send everything correctly

Did you file a I-765? If you did then you may have not have sent enough photographs. You only needed 1 for your husband and If I remember it is about 6 for you (If you filed the I-765).

DId you send the sponsors most recent tax return (That would be 2009)?

Did you make a copy of your sent file?

What did you send? Can you list it?

Most likely they'll ask for copies of your husband's pay stubs for the last 6 months since you submitted your husband's employment letter. they might likewise ask for other evidences of income such as SS benefits or tax-exempt interest.

that's what they asked from me to submit when i got an RFE.

I send my i765 but I only send 2 pictures of me, for my joint sponsor I sent his 2010 w2 . I cant show my husbands paystub coz he just started working on jan. And he is an independent contractor im so confuse on what could it be im trying to think about it so I can prepare it sooner

Do you mean only two pictures with the whole application or with the I-765? As Myopia said, if you write a complete list of what you sent exactly, maybe someone will notice what is missing. Other than that, you just need to wait for the letter and see what it says..

If you only send 2 photographs with the entire application then you should have sent more. That could be an RFE.

You may be asked for the most recent the most recent tax return for your sponsor. That would be an RFE.

Just write a list and then we can see what you don't have.

You need more than W2 for your joint sponsor.
