I would like to know how long i have to wait before i can go again in America? I ask this question because the last time i went, so in october, they gave a red sign and i spent 2 hours in their office and saying i went to many times!! So i would like to know if people in the same situation or have been in the same situation know the answer or know if i need a visitor visa to go back again!!

"Wait for the person who pursues you, the one who will make an ordinary moment seem magical, the kind of person who brings out the best in you and makes you want to be a better person; wait for the person who will be your best friend, the person who will drop everything to be with you at anytime no matter the circumstances, wait for the person who makes you smile like no one else does and when they smile you know they need you. Wait for the person who wants to show you off to the world when you are in sweats and a t-shirt, but appreciates it when you dress up for them. And most of all wait for the person who will put you at the center of their universe because that's where you belong."

My first time was agust 2009, 3weeks, then decembre 2009: 8 days, february 2010: a week, march 2010: 3 months, octobre 2010: 3 months

Are you currently in the K-1 process? I dont have an answer of how long you need to wait to be able to enter again the States. You should open up a thread with your question instead of "???" so more ppl read it and I bet you get some helpful answers.

Did they put a red flag on your passport?

Were you sent back?

If so, I think you are not able to travel on VWP again.

You should open up a thread with your question instead of "???" so more ppl read it and I bet you get some helpful answers.

 Definitely agree.

The VWP is not intended for you to spend more of your time in a year in the US than your home country. You've used it a lot, and for long periods of time. Since you've not used it yet in 2011, you might be ok - or they may feel you're overusing it. No one can tell you if a CBP officer will let you in or not - you'll just have to roll the dice and try, unfortunately. And bring plenty of proof of ties to your home.

I would also suggest routing your flight through Shannon, Ireland, where you pre-clear the immigration checkpoint. That way if you are turned around, you'd have a shorter flight home.
