So I believe, VSC found a new way to bullshit their customers.

My Fiance called today twice . Cuz our 14 day Service Request Time is up.

So the first time he calls we get bad news.

Supposably even though we got a Noa 1 and a Touch on October 11th our File has been entered into the Computer for Processing on October 20th. By Mistake and they are sorry, but thats why we are still within Processing time.

COME ON PEOPLE IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE !! WTH !! So if we havent heard by April 18th, then to call again, and by May 1st we qualify for Expedite.Great you Morons Thanks a lot.

So My Fiance was just as unsatisfied as me with this information

so he called again, we never have an issue gettin thru to a Tier 2 officer.. Anyways that Officer states, that we are clearly in the System under October 4th and that a Response to our Service Request has been sent out today to us in the Mail.

Who else is beeing bullshitted ?

I responded in another post, but I have the same problem. They just got back to me today to tell me that my filing date in the computer is Oct. 1, even though I have an NOA1 with a filing date of Sept. 2. I can't imagine what's going on, but it's ruined my day, and maybe the next month. I wish I knew how to fix it. They don't seem to care that it's the wrong date, and they are not about to fix it.

Served in Peace Corps in Mongolia as a volunteer English teacher May 2008- July 2010.

August 2009 - Met Khandaa

June 2010 - Proposed

July 2010 - Returned from Mongolia

August 28, 2010 - Applied to VSC K1 129-F

September 2, 2010 - NOA1 Received

October 7, 2010 - check cashed

NO WORD FROM VSC - MANY ATTEMPTS TO GATHER MORE INFORMATION

March 16, 2011 - Finally allowed to submit service requestt - (told to wait 30 days for reply)

March 28, 2011 - Service Request Denied. They have an incorrect filing date in their system (10.01.10). Searching for a way to rectify this.

May 2, 2011 - NOA2

Not an example of 'how can we bullshit this person' or 'lets lie to them'.

This is a classic example of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. In this case, it's because the organization is extremely large, so it is difficult for every employee to be on the same page, unfortunately. On top of that, different tiers of Call Center operators have access to different parts of the system, so while one can see cetain information, another tier may not.
