I only worked 5 months last year at my current employer (feb to june) then I was out on workman's compensation til jan of this year. I made $18,900 during the 5 months (stated on W2) in addition to a wkly income from WC. will that be ok with my job letter stating how much I would have made? or will I need a co sponsor?

I also have Roth IRAs, about 20% left to pay on my house, etc. Should I also list those on my i-134 form?

Thanks in advance.

How much are you making now? If your current income, annualised, is comfortably above the poverty guideline, and you can document this with paystubs and a letter from the employer, no need for a co-sponsor.

I got a raise n promotion which would work out to an additional $2.75/hr. I suppose I will be fine I just want to be sure that since I was so close in $$ amount to the 125% that they wouldn't hold it against me (even though its only 5 months not the full 12 months agi) thanks
