No NOA1 can i refile?

Hi, so i filled on the 7th of march. We did not get tracking for the parcel, and we haven't had an email/text/letter (even though i signed up for emails). So we have NO idea if they even received it! My husband is away at work all week days so we dont know if the money order is cashed.

I know i have to wait 30 days for the NAO1 letter until i can call them and ask where it is. But i want to know if they cant find it on the system after that (and the money order is not cashed), if i can just refile? I heard they just tell you to wait, wait, wait. This is just delaying our process, if its just lost somewhere.

And can we get our money back if we cancel the money order?

I think it might be lost and i just want to know what my options are. This is really frustrating as this process is long enough!!!

Its just been 2 weeks. Give it a week or two. If none, then you may be right. It was lost.

Just relax, I know it is hard but you just mailed it a few weeks ago. Give it until the 30 day mark, call and see.
