Hi,

I'm posting on behalf of my brother. I apologize if it's already covered in an existing topic, couldn't find it in a search ...

My brother's fiancee is a Canadian resident in the US on a student visa. They're planning on getting married over the summer. Once they file the I-130 can they skip the NVC altogether?

Any info would be much appreciated.

Shahab
