Your fiance should be able to get a certified copy from the court house records department in the county the divorce occured in. It needs to be certified.

if you divorced in this country ,where was you divorced the state has records, or the vital records dept,did you have a lawyer ask him,if it's for your fiance's look on the internet for her capital they have records, what country,

Ok,he is fr.california but the divorce was made in south carolina!

He already checked some courthouse but he has no record,thats why he need to check other county!!

Agree with James and Cynthia. The court house where the devorce occured has the documents. I've been there, and we received a copy just after a week or so. All we needed was the names of both parties.

The Courthouse where the divorce made has no record,i also check through internet but same result!!!dont know what to do bout this,any suggestion?or anyone there who knows wat to do!?ty
