When were you married ? Was the daughter under 18 at the time ?

Not sure who's wedding you want, so I'll give you both the petitioner and beneficiary's wedding dates.

The petitioner's wedding was in 1977, and the beneficiary's wedding was in 1984. The beneficiary's daughter was not born until 1987. So she was under 18 at the time.

The beneficiary is a sibling of the petitioner. This a sponsorship based on a sibling relationship, not spouse.

Wedding dates are irrelevant.

In order to immigrate with the parent, the child must be unmarried and have a CSPA age less than 21 years old when the Priority Date becomes current. You will need to determine if the child's CSPA age is under 21.
