Removal of Conditions for stepchild

Hi everyone,

I need to file for removal of conditions for my stepchild but I'm not sure how. She came a year after my husband on a K-2 follow to join and could not remove conditions at the same time because her AOS was a year later than his. Now it's time to remove conditions and I don't know what to select on the I-751. Should I select the box for marriage or for parent?

For clarification, the first box does not seem to apply because it seems to refer specifically to the K-1 spouse, not necessarily K-2 children and the second box does not apply because the stepchild did not enter as a conditional permanent resident.

Does anyone know how this should be done?

Additionally, what type of evidence would I include with the petition that relates to the stepchild? Would it be the same type that was included with my husband's I-751?

I am a little stumped for you. My step kids entered as CR-2 and we filed for them in this Fashion. I hopew someone else has been through this and can help you. As far as evidence I included report cards, their fathers I-751 approval letter, Pictures , bank accounts I had opened for the kids, Insurnace docs from the dentist and doctors.

I think that I am going to check of the "marriage" box and hope that covers K-2s. I'll send pretty much the same evidence that I sent for my husband's removal of conditions. Wish us luck!
