she has 2 kids ages 4 and 5(6 next month)

on their birth certs it does not list any father, just her. their fathers are not in their lives and they have not seen the kids or take are of them at all..

is this a problem, or will she be ok? does she still need something from the fathers?

I don't believe so. With the combination of them not being listed plus I'm assuming no child support orders she should be fine. I would get a notorized statement just in case stating that she's the sole provider and that she doesn't know their whereabouts (only if that's the case). I also think y'all should prepare for the small instance that they may want a signed statement from the fathers. They have a way of finding people on their own.

02/07/11 MADE APPOINTMENTS FOR MEDICAL AND INTERVIEW. (Will post actual dates after they occur :) )

02/08/11 Left NVC

02/17/11 Medical

03/01/11 Interview (FH is in AP)

04/12/11 AP COMPLETED!!

04/13/11 FH notified to come to the embassy with his passport!

04/26/11 FH received Visa

04/29/11 FH Arrived in the US!!! JFK POE

06/08/11 MARRIED!

Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete
May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA
