I can't say anything about the medical part since most countries have different procedures regarding what/where/when. I'd definitely start gathering documentation for the I-134 (affadavit of support) - particularly tax returns/transcripts, pay stubs, bank statements (if you plan on using them). Some of those things can take a while to get together.

Your questions will be better answered if you provide more specific information. In what country is your fiance interviewing?

Yeah. I would also like to know more about this. We are just waiting for NOA2 and we want to know what kind of documents we can go ahead and get?

Go to the "December Filers Let's give those before us hope" thread and on post 791 there are links to a wealth of information including the steps for NOA2.

For Jamaica it says you must take the medical no later than 10-14 days prior the visa interview. does that mean she could take it like 30 days before as long as she has the appointment letter?

Also she has 2 kids(4 and 6), can everything be done in 1 appointment? or will they have to go back for a follow up, for vaccines or something?

I was wondering the same thing...NO LATER THAN 10-14 DAYS ...doesn't mean only in that time. Just that its likely you wont get the results for the interview the closer you are to the interview date. I think once you have the appointment letter for the interview you can go ahead with the medical. Just my 2 cents :)
