Sorry its not PCC(Passport Police Clearance) I typed it wrong, its PCC (Passport Clearance Certificate)

PCC (Passport Clearance Certificate), Its is a requirement for India.

Oh OK cause I hadn't heard of that before. Thanks for claryfying.

To all: Originals or certified originals should ALWAYS be sent to NVC. Don't worry about having the originals at the interview cause NVC WILL send ALL documents to the embassy for the interview.

I Luv U Guys, you are all awesome. I am so happy that I have found this Form. I will send in all the Orginal Documents to NVC and I will also send in PCC (As Per Kuldip). I guess it better to start to collect all these documents now, because I know my USCIS was updated recently, but I will be waiting for the e-mail from USCIS with the good news. Since I didn't see any comments on the Documents needs, I guess I am Good.

So this is My Final List and I will be calling my wife and have her start to collect these Documents. Than You Again To Everyone:

DS-3032 (Choice of Agent)

DS-230 Documents Requirements (IV Package)

Completed and Signed Form DS-230 Part I

Completed and unsigned Form DS-230 Part II

Photocopy of Beneficiary Passport Biographic Data Page

JUST REMEMBERED! I don't know if all the Regional Passport Offices do the work the same in India, when your wife get the PCC from Regional Passport Office they will give her the certificate(PCC) and will place a stamp on the passport, if they put a stamp include a photocopy of that stamp in the IV packet. Because my wife has a stamp on her passport when she got the PCC.

Kuldip said that Passport Clearance Certificate is something that is required in India in his previous post.

Police Certificate is something that is required everywhere but I am sure kuldip could describe this in more deatil as I don't know what is required in India. From my understanding both is required in India.

Also is it

PPC (Passport Police Clearance) from Regional Passport Office

or

PCC (Police Clearance Certificate)

Josh

First of all you need BOTH

"POLICE REPORT: Each applicant aged 16 years and older must submit a police certificate that includes information regarding the applicant including all arrests, the reason for the arrest(s) and the disposition of each case(s). All Indian IV applicants aged 16 and above, residing in India, should obtain police certificates from the Regional Passport Office. These certificates are valid for one year from the date of issuance."

Police Certificate is from "local" Police Station where you reside (village, town, district etc)in Inida, you need this first in order to obtain PCC(Passport Clearance Certificate).

TIP: If you want to get the Police Certificate fast all you need is just Rs 1000~2000 under the table LOL.

PCC(Passport Clearance Certificate) is from Reginal Passport Office. Heres a link http://passport.gov.in/cpv/Forms.htm , I think you need Form No. 2.
