Guys please give me some advice for the most question will be ask on the second file for fiance visa. My previous experience things did not work out and right now my fiance and i just got our date for interview this month and i am still confuse on what might the embassy gonna ask about the previous case which is been approve but never work for both of us. Please :help: give me some hint or advice regarding this.

Anyway at the interview be honest, they may ask you about your previous relationship and why it failed.

More information required. Did you file for, and actually marry a foreign national fiance before? Current status of that?

I guess the OP heard about the waiver for multiple petitions (IMBRA stuff). If so, here's a good read: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/lawsregs/han...IMBRA072106.pdf

However, they already have an interview date, so I guess that shouldn't come into play, since USCIS is dones with their case at this point.

The consular officer might ask the beneficiary some questions about the previous petition, though, and be ready to answer them honestly and directly.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
