Theary and I were reviewing the papers to be as prepared as possible. I noticed that her kids have to be seen by the doctor also. My question is that her 4 yo daughter will becoming but her 8 yo son will stay with his father (against my wishes but it is their choice not mine) but may come in a few years when he can decide for himself. Does the son need to have a medical exam when she has hers if he will not be coming for 4 to 5 years. Thank you in advance. Daniel

He dont need to undergo medical exams. Those who will join her or will follow for the period of K1 visa validity are the ones that needs to. He can have his when he is about to file a visa for his own someday.
