One form for you and one for your wife. The form generates 4 pages, you will submit all for pages for each.

:guides:

Sample form:

Also an excelent book to get is "Fiancé & Marriage Visas: A Couple's Guide to U.S. Immigration" by NOLO it has step by step covering all visa types.

Finaly pendleton_boy did you not read your post from last night telling you about the guides? Even Aussiewench told you to look at the guides.

Okay....on the 4th line down. Where it says "Husband or Wife".....If we married there in the Philippines....Do I put "WIFE", and her info?

Also, the guidelines do not give "step by step" instructions for each form that needs filled out...

Line 3 will be you on her form and her on your form.

Line 4 is for her former husband if divorced, and the same applies to you on your form.

Again 1 G325A for you and 1 for her.

I have a copy of the book mentioned and it indicates this.

Correct you will place your wife's name there, since you are married. Again 1 G325A for you and 1 for her.

If only "one" G325A for her and one for me... Why do the guidelines state "all four pages"???

The G-325A form is traditionaly a 4 part carbonless form page 1 white, page 2 pastel green, page 3 pastel pink and page 4 is pastel blue.

The downloaded PDF document generates all 4 pages for you. You are filling out 1 form but it will print the 4 pages for you.

You will sign each page and submit all 4 pages of each form.

So when someone says fill out 1 G-325A form they mean the 4 page form.

When I submitted this I went as far as printing the pages on the correct color forms.

I must do this to my self now. :bonk:

You are just thinking too hard, relax and all will be clear.

I found this site just after getting the book by NOLO, I uses a combination of the info provided. I used the assembly instructions from VJ and advise from both sources.

The NOLO book was written by a successful immigration lawyer.

Now go have a beer! :pop:

I just had to laugh when you said "I must do this to my self now" How many people think that when I ask questions  Thanks for the laughter YuAndDan- I've been feeling chitty about a previous post and the laughter was some good medicine
