My question is : should I need to write an EOR for my hubby's interview in China, Guangzhou? We were married in China last year. Thanks for answering my question.

PS: we were classmates for 6 years in elementary school(i have 2 old pictures that can approve we went to same school during that time). Then after we finished elementary school we went to difference schools to have our educations done.before i finished high school in China and I immigrated to USA with my parents. My mom and his mom are good friends in life. As same as most of Chinese parents, they were so worried about our marriage life when i and my hubby are turning to 30 yrs old soon, so they reconnected us together again. After we had talked on phone for couple times, and i went back to china last May and traveled with him , then we decided that we want to have our own family, so we are married. Then I went to Hongkong with my hubby last OCT for another vacation togethere, but we only stayed there for 3 days because we had to go back to China because his father passed away suddenly. So like my case, do i still need to write an ERO to approve our relationship?

Yes, I think an EOR helps. Its can make a difference if the case is not very strong, but it sounds like you can prove you have a real relationship. It depends on what evidence you are planning to take to the interview. An EOR can help the embassy better understand your case since there isn't any other way to get your story out to them. If your living in America, and can't come to the interview I would suggest getting it notarized. Some people include them with the I-130, and this is what i did.

I'm wondering why you got the K3 visa? Your husband won't get a SS number or work permit when he arrives. CR1 would give you both and they take the same amount of time as the K3.

Probably did not, and has not updated profile to reflect this. K-3 is a dead end, it dies at NVC stage, and process continues on the CR-1/IR-1

K-3 served only one function, it was derived at a time when I-130 was taking years to get approved, however now since I-130 is approved at same time as I-129F the function of K-3 (Entry to USA and WAITING for I-130 approval) no longer exists, so NVC kills the K-3 in favor of the superior CR-1 or IR-1 visa. K-3 was a band-aid for problems at USCIS centers in the USA.

With the way Guangzhou operates, YES. I have read many stories about the EOR. They may ask they may not. It only takes a few minutes to make one out. I made mine brief and added a couple of small photos on to it.

You pretty much already wrote it in your second post but I would mention but down-play the parental role in the relationship. Explain briefly how long you've been acquainted and then stick to how the relationship between the two of you developed and mention the dates and places you spent time together since the re-establishment of your close personal relationship. Emphasis on the parental role can actually hurt you. It can make it look like you're doing his parents a favor to help him immigrate to the USA. Stick to the relationship between the couple.

Thanks for helping. I would like to post up my timeline here when i have time on weekend. Which is the best way to explain that why we didnt keep in contact in past 10 years, and now we got married last year in REO?

Don't explain why you didn't stay in contact. Simply indicate that you we acquainted as children and that you re-established contact at about what time, then how your relationship as a couple evolved from that point to now.

Can i have my EOR notary done in AAA( Automobile club) Center? They offer notary services in their local stores. Or i have to go to visa center to have it done?

A Notary is a Notary. Never heard of a visa center.
