Okay so I decided to start getting my packet 3 paperwork together, so I find the list of what I need to have and send in right? Well the first thing listed is the original packet sent to USCIS. Problem is.....I CANNOT FIND MINE!!!!

I don't know what to do now!! Please if anyone has encountered this or know of someone who has encountered this, please advise!

The only reason you need the copy of the Original I-129F is if they are missing something, its not a huge deal if you don't have it. I would hope you didn't have the original because you sent that to USCIS!!

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

LOL I can hear the panic in your typing1 lol. You dont have to actually have the copy of your documents for the interview. However, it would be useful. Take some time and look carefully for it. You'll be fine.

Reprint it from your computer if you have saved it before printing.

I have those forms saved, but I sent almost all of the supporting documents as well, for example, proof of relationship, minus photos.
