enamorados, which service center do you go through? Did you pay by check or money order? Have it been checked yet?

Also, at this point, it doesn't matter where the beneficiary's from.

Hello Im from Peru too and we did all our K1 process in CSC too but its weird that you havent heard anything from them, if you can see my timeline we got our first NOA after 9 days, i think you should contact them. If you have more ?s, you can email me,

10-10-2006 NOA by Mail Regarding Transfer to CSC

11-21-2006 AOS touched

12-06-2006 AOS approved (online status)

12-11-2006 Green Card Arrived - Woo Whoo

12-12-2006 Welcome Letter by mail

Removing Conditions I-751

09-09-2008 Sent Package

09-15-2008 Received I-751 NOA1 (Notice date: 09-10-2008)

10-01-2008 Received Biometrics Appointment (Notice date: 09-26-2008)

Oly and Didier, CSC is now dealing with a huge amount of petitions and the backlog caused by IMBRA. I see that you filed in 2005, so things were faster then.
