Hi, I'm just starting this process and I have two simple questions about filling out the I-129F that hopefully you all can help me with:

1) I'm almost embarrassed to be asking this one. I see a lot of mentions of avoiding stupid mistakes like not signing the application, and yet I don't see any place on the forms where a signature is required. Am I missing something? We've both signed our letters of intent.

2) I've been living in Peru for the past two years but am moving back to the States this month, where I'll look for a job. I'll be living with my parents until I find one. Should I put my parents' address as my fiancee's intended address in the United States? Assuming I do find a job within the next few months, our actual address will likely be on the other side of the country. Will this cause any problems or delays later on?

Thanks for all your help!

Hello,

Yes, you need to sign the I-129F and you also need signatures on the intent to marry letters. There is also a signature line on the bottom of the G325A form. I don't think you will have any problem with the intent to live address, however make sure you can receive mail at the address you put for yourself....you can do an address change if needed.
