I am in F4 category and affidavit of support have been submitted , submitted IV fee, recently received checklist for DS 230 from NVC. Now I saw retrogression in VIsa bulletin , Will our case will be affected by the retrogression and interview will not be scheduled .Experts plz reply

Yes, it will be affected. When your PD becomes current, then you'll be scheduled for interview and be able to get a visa.
