hello everyone

I came with tourist visa. I just got married and my husband and I are filling all the forms for AOS

My question is: do I have an alien number A#???when I will get one?? or is it only for people who came with student visa and are under the OPT program??????

Every immigrant has an Alien Number.

Has nothing to do with only student visas and opt.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

One will be assigned by USCIS during the I-485/I-130 processing.

You are adjusting status from Work/Student/Tourist visa... Moving to the other AOS forum...

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
