CR1 : How long would it take to have an interview date?

3 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

hi,

before my Preference Category is F2A and waiting for an interview date. After my wife becomes a US citizen, she upgrade it to CR1.

The NVC notify us that our new Preference Category is CR1 and told us that as soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the designated representative of this case (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will be notified.

We just want to know how long would it take the NVC to give us an interview date? Do you think it will be on April??? :)

Will the NVC send my documents (DS-230.. etc..) to the US embassy manila?

thanks for helping,,..

NVC sends out the casefile once the final review is completed.

Suggest you ask yer USC Spouse to call NVC, get a Human, inquire for case status,

and inquire about dates on the final review process (start, finished)
